My dog doesn't like the dog treats. What do I do?

We understand that every dog has unique tastes and preferences. That's why we stand by our "Love It or Return It" policy. If your dog doesn't love our treats, we want to make it right. You can receive a refund or a replacement for the product, one time per household, within 30 days of your purchase. We take your satisfaction and your pet's happiness seriously and are committed to providing products that both you and your furry friend will love. Please contact us to initiate the process, and we will take care of you and your pet.

Can I return or exchange an item?


We put a lot of thought and care into creating our products and we want you and your pets to love them too. If either of you is not completely satisfied, we will refund or replace one time per household within 30 days of purchase.

How do I return an item?

Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

How long does it take to return an item?
